I need to find out what is sucking the life out of me.

Lately I've been thinking about getting a tattoo. Well actually I guess I've always thought about that but I think I'm reaching the point of actually doing it. Though I don't have a set idea yet, I think 2010 is the time.

Speaking of which, today in my Christmas card, my dad wrote, "Santa wishes you a very merry xmas, he believes the year ahead will be filled with successes and joy. You deserve it, make it happen. Make the right choices. Love you, Dad."
Even better was what he wrote in my birthday card but that isn't necessary to blog.

I worry myself too much thinking about the new year but I think its on the upswing, d00ds.

my favorite albums of 2009:

pete rock & c.l. smooth- the main ingredient
this is considered to be one of the most influential hip-hop albums of all time. these two were thought to be far ahead of their time when the album was released in 1994. i recognize this album as a favorite because it created a foundation for all of the music i enjoy today. and let's be real, there isn't a song on here that isn't perfection.

doomtree- doomtree
everyone who knows me is aware of how much love i have for this local hip-hop collective. enough said. if you don't own this, shut off your computer and go buy it.
